Food Science and Technology
Tiffany has a background in sensory science and an interest in food waste and sustainability. She would like to examine the effects of food waste messaging on food waste prevention in university dining commons. After collecting data at UC Davis, through the Menus of Change Research Collaborative, she would like to collect data on other campuses to compare the messaging effects on different groups of people.
